Dr. CHARLES NDIFON – BUSINESS BIO

Dr. Charles Ndifon is a well-known business strategist, advisor and consultant to businesses and governments on economic strategies and business development around the globe. He has an academic background in Engineering, Computer Science and Business Administration.

Dr. Charles is the CEO and founder of the Kingdom Business Group [KBG]. The company was founded in 1989 and was incorporated in 1990 as CTi (Creative Technologies and Innovations Group). CTi evolved into Kingdom Business Group.

In the early 90’s KBG began to merge with other businesses. KBG core business was consulting in business strategies. In the 90’s Kingdom Business Institute was founded to seed the ideas created, and start new businesses. In 2000 KBG launched in the US; Canada, USVI. In 2001 it launched in Australia and since then it has been launched in over 90 nations where KBG has associates and affiliate companies.

Every business under the umbrella of KBG is self-sustaining and their commitment is investing a minimum of 10% of all generated profit and the revenue goes towards furthering good causes and making our world a better place.

The KBG interests include: Banking, real estate, telecommunications, broadcasting and media, entertainment, hospitality, computers and electronics, agriculture, restaurants, upscale fashion, retailing, supermarkets, tourism, travel, automotive manufacturing, education and training etc.

HER EXCELLENCY WAIRIMU FAITH BUSINESS BIO 

Wairimu Faith was born in Nakuru County, Kenya. She hails from Njoro Town in Njoro Constituency. She has a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Nairobi, a MBA from Daystar University, A finalist student at the Fletcher School. She came into limelight in 2012 after becoming the Education Adviser at the U.S Embassy in Nairobi.  Within a few years, Wairimu turned the portfolio into a key aspect of public diplomacy in the US Embassy.

In her early career, Wairimu worked with Safaricom PLC and she would leave to join NIC bank, now NCBA Bank in a management position. She would leave Kenya and go to the US to teach and she returned in Nairobi to join the U.S. Embassy after forming her consultancy. She would grow and become a top player in the international education space, where she became the first African to become the Regional Director for EducationUSA in charge of 19 countries in East and Central Africa. She resigned and vied for the Kenyan presidential election in 2022. Post the campaign, she focused on business.

Wairimu Faith also co-founded multiple companies with various entrepreneurs.  Wairimu serves as an advisor to some of the government leaders in Africa. She is also the Board Chair of Beacons Teacher Africa a Non Profit which advocates for positive discipline, and capacity building for teachers. Wairimu Faith has received multiple awards in her various capacities.


NING LI PYERON
BUSINESS BIO

Ning Li Pyeron was born in Nanjing City, China as Ning Li. She went to Southwest University of Economics and Finance (Chengdu, China) and studied International Business. After graduation she would work in one of the most prestigious Engineering firms in China, Dongfang Electric Corporation (Dongfang). Initially, Dongfang is an international general contractor of Power Plant turn-key projects around the world with significant presence in South East and South West Asian, Middle-east and some presence in North/South America, and Africa. Dongfang also branched into varieties of infrastructure projects to include Power Plant Substations, Water Treatment Plant, Dam, Railroad, and more. She past a selection exam to be accepted to work in the most elite department of Dongfang, i.e. the International Trade Department where she was assistant to the VP of Marketing. In this function, she was exposed to some of the top business dignitaries in the region and acted as their translator and guide. She then moved on to be a project manager in the Export Division in leading proposal writing in response to various projects funded by the World Bank, and Asian Development Bank. Before her departure to the United States to pursue a higher education her proposal was No. 1 in a $100 million substation project in Vietnam funded by the World Bank.

After coming to the U.S, she obtained a Master’s Degree in System Engineering/ Technical Management at the Whiting School of Engineering, Johns Hopkins University, while joining forces with her husband in building a small engineering firm. She explored the US government market by extensive networking and had established the future direction of the firm. She is passionate about small businesses and innovation, and was on the board of Small Business and Cybersecurity committees of AFCEA (Armed Force Communication and Electronics Association), a prominent trade association in the Washington DC and Virginia regions. On May 21st, 2014, she testified on behalf of the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce who represents thousands of small businesses in America in regards to the U.S. Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) program which paved the way for the future passing of regulations that are favorable to the small businesses research and development.

Ms. Ning Li Pyeron continued to expand her horizon as well as realizing potentials within herself. In 2019, she co-founded the Empower TV Network with Dr. Charles Ndifon and Mr. David O’Brian, which provides TV programs under Kingdom Business Groups’ mantra and leadership and reaches international audiences around the world.
